We have received the requisite number of requests (8) to hold an EGM. Those were received from ARU, USA, DOM, NOR, AUS, NZL, EST, and COL.
Meeting date
We are required to give 45 days notice to hold the meeting. We will hold the meeting on 6 April 2021 at 19:00 CET.
Agenda
Meeting agenda:
Update on Class Activities since last meeting;
Discussion membership structure change and need for it;
Required updates to constitution as a result;
Voting
An updated agenda will be issued 15 days before the meeting.
We will circulate proposed wording changes to the membership/constitution shortly.
RSVP
All MNA’s who intend to attend the meeting shall RSVP to info@iqfoilclass.org by using the Registration/Application Form and state who their delegate will be. The same form is an application to become a Class member for 2021.
