Dear athletes
It has been a long and difficult road but we are now moving forward in a positive direction. We have signed an interim contract with World Sailing to manage the class. We will be holding the class AGM and elections in August during the World Championships, we have been granted World titles to award for 2021, and our application for World Sailing Status will be assessed at the WS end of year conference.
Despite the difficult global situation there are many great events coming up, including iQFOIL International Games in Croatia and Italy, a Worlds and a Europeans. Check out the events page for more info.
I am also happy to be working alongside the executive committee, consisting of Bryony Shaw (GBR), João Rodrigues (POR), Nathan Outteridge (AUS), Olga Maslivets (ESP), Nico Goyard (FRA), Maria Belen (PER), Nick Dempsey (GBR) and Antonio Cozzolino (NZL). We will be assisted by Class Manager Gonzalo Costa Hoevel and Executive Secretary Andrus Poksi.
