The wind is playing with the committees and athletes this Friday and only allows one race to be completed in the men's fleet.
- The Frenchman Mestre (senior), the Polish Dziarnowska (senior), Trepczynski (U19) and Wasiewicz (U19), the Turkish Senol (U17), and the Spaniard Tomas (U17), have won their direct pass to the grand final this Saturday.
- The Balearic sailors Jorge Ruiz, Bárbara Winau and Ariadna Patiño, the Catalans Sandro Portune and Cesar Alonso, Azul Sánchez from Melilla, the Valencian Martina Mantovani and the Andalusian Arancha Sahuquillo also made it to the final series.

The iQFOiL International Games Cadiz are ready to start with the Medal Series tomorrow as all qualifying serie races have been sailed. It was a day of very light winds here in the bay of Cadiz where only the men were able to sail one race excisting out of 2 heats on the slalom course. The women’s fleet tried to start but the race had to be abandond later on as the wind completely died further down the course. Tomorrow only the Medal series are left to sail and to decide who wins the iQGames Cadiz.
The only good race of the day turned out to be very profitable for the Andalusian Aurelio Terry, as with a third place he managed to get into the top 10, which was his goal for today. The CN Sevilla athlete will continue to play tomorrow and will give his all to reach the final against the Frenchman Adrien Mestre. Mestre leads the group with great solvency, followed by the Finnish Jakob Eklund who regains second place after winning today's race, the Croatian Luka Mratovic, the American Noah Lyons, the Czech Karel Lavicky, the Italian and U21 champion, Manolo Modena, the American Geronimo Nores, the Estonian Renar Roolaht, the Italian Federico Alan Pilloni and the Spaniard Aurelio Terry made it into the top 10 and will all fight for a spot in the final where they can take it up with Mestre for the win.
Poland's Maja Dziarnowska directly qualifies to the final in the women’s fleet and is ensured of a medal. Along with herare the Estonian Ingrid Puusta in second and the Polish Zofia Noceti in third, they are automatically qualified for the semi-finals, the group taking it up with them are the Turkish Merve Vatan, first U21, the Cypriot Natasa Lappa, the Czech Kristyna Pinosova, the Finn Aleksandra Blinnikka, the Italian Sofia Renna, the Polish Maja Kuchta and the Estonian Emma Viktoria classified in tenth place.
In the Under 19 fleet, the finalists are Poland's Stanislaw Trepczynski and Aleksandra Wasiewicz in the men's and women's categories that lead the rankings. Completing the top 10 in the boys' category are Poland's Igor Lewinski, Latvia's Davis Mazais, Poland's Maciek Pietrzak and Michat Maziarka, Czech Republic's David Drda, France's Antonie Martin, Poland's Konrad Machura, Italy's Mattia Saoncella and Portugal's Ricardo Correia in tenth place. Among the women, the semi-finalists are the Polish Karolina Gajdzinska and the Czech Kristyna Chalupnikova, and also achieve their pass to the finals the Balearic Bárbara Winau, the Italian Francesca María Salerno, the Balearic Ariadna Patiño, the Andalusian, Arancha Sahuquillo, the Turkish Sezer Tugce Akyldiz, the Polish Martyna Duzowska and the Italian Sara Mangione make up the rest of the top 10.
The U17 did not meet the required 8 races for the medal series and will continue tomorrow with the open series to decide on who takes the podium. Among the boys it is Artun Senol who is currently leading the ranking going into the final day of races.
In the U17 Girls it is the Balearic Caterina Tomas Cardell who leads the ranking into the final day of racing. The Spanish has been on a streak this entire week and seemed unbeatable for most races. Tomas is followed by italian medea Marisa Falcioni and the Czech Alexandra Lojinova who make up the top 3
Tomorrow all fleets except for the U17’s will sail the Medal series putting an end to the event for all that didn’t make it into the top 10. For the U17 another day of fleet racing is planned where it is still possible to mix up the podium
