Tamar Steinberg, a 16-year-old Israeli prodigy into the senior class and last years Youth world Champion, closes the gap to the top where she is now in a commendable second place, proving that she is a rising star among the world's best windsurfers. The Israeli team's remarkable achievement was further highlighted by both the girls their “under-21” (years old) status, making their performance truly exceptional.
